Accessory reservoir when using the second input tubing of an LV NucleocuvetteTM Cartridge

Product Overview

The 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Reservoirs were developed as optimal input tubes and collection tubes used in conjunction with the flow-through LV NucleocuvetteTM Cartridge when using the 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Unit. They are used to load the 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Unit and to collect the transfected cells.

Two of such 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Reservoirs are provided with each 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Kit XL which contains one LV NucleocuvetteTM Cartridge.

This additional 4D-NucleofectorTM LV Reservoir is required when the second input line of an LV NucleocuvetteTM Cartridge shall be used for separate feeding of mRNA.
